At MyScroll: The Focus Bank, we believe your attention and personal data belong solely to you. This Privacy Policy explains our commitment to privacy and how we handle information when you use our iOS application.

1. Zero Data Collection Architecture

MyScroll follows a local-first, privacy-by-design philosophy:

• No Browsing History or App Usage Tracking: We do not track, collect, monitor, or upload the names of the apps you block, your browsing history, your app usage frequency, or your screen time metrics.
• No External Servers: Your screen time budget, transactions, and focus metrics are stored locally on your device through iOS sandboxing and local persistent storage. We do not operate external analytics servers that tie your identity to your usage habits.

2. Apple Screen Time API (FamilyControls & ManagedSettings)

To enforce limits and block designated applications, MyScroll uses Apple’s official Screen Time APIs (FamilyControls, ManagedSettings, and DeviceActivity).

• All authorizations and restrictions are processed directly and exclusively by Apple’s operating system on your device.
• Apple’s privacy architecture prevents MyScroll from seeing or extracting which specific applications or websites you select, view, or use.

3. Face ID & Biometric Authentication

MyScroll allows you to authenticate focus debits and transactions using Apple’s LocalAuthentication framework (Face ID / Touch ID / Passcode).

• Biometric verification occurs entirely within Apple’s Secure Enclave on your device.
• MyScroll never accesses, collects, stores, or transmits your biometric data or mathematical representations of your face or fingerprint.

4. In-App Purchases and Payment Information

All payments, subscriptions, and lifetime purchases are processed securely through Apple’s App Store via StoreKit.

• We do not collect, process, or store your credit card numbers, billing addresses, or bank account information.
• All transactional data is governed by Apple’s Media Services Terms and Conditions and Apple’s Privacy Policy.
